EDDIE / REVERSIBLE KING JULZ SHIELD — REFERENCE RECONSTRUCTION

Chosen reference: the red, white and blue shield at 00:05 of the user's 60-second steps video.
Front: blue chevron cap, white five-point star, five vertical red/white/red/white/red stripes.
Reverse: supplied Circle of Atabey artwork, in full color. Original artwork is included unchanged.
Necklace styling: yellow-gold flat curb/Cuban-style links, proposed 24-inch overall length and 6 mm width.
User neck circumference: 18.5 inches / 469.9 mm. Chain length is a starting fit, not a measured hanging position.

NOMINAL FINISHED DIMENSIONS (mm)
Shield body: 34 wide x 46 high x 3 thick.
Total pendant height including bail: approximately 57.2.
Bail clear opening: 8.5 high x 7.5 deep; bore runs across pendant width.
Front enamel wells: 0.57 deep; partitions: 0.30 wide.
Reverse artwork pocket: 0.55 deep.
Separate reverse insert: 0.40 thick; approximately 0.15 mm side clearance.
Minimum continuous web between opposing pocket floors: 1.88.

FILES
King_Julz_Steps_Shield_mm.step / .stl / .3mf: unified gold body with front enamel wells and reverse inlay pocket.
Atabey_Reverse_Inlay_mm.step / .stl: separate nominal color-inlay substrate in its assembled position.
steps-pendant-enamel.glb: colored, reversible 3D model; meters per glTF specification.
steps-necklace-enamel.glb: complete necklace styling preview. Chain and clasp are display meshes only.
Atabey_Original_Artwork.jpeg: supplied artwork. Map centered into reverse shield, excluding the original bottom caption.
Design_Parameters.json and Geometry_Checks.json: dimensions and checks.
build_steps_shield.py and cad_export_utils.py: editable parametric source (CadQuery 2.7 and NumPy).

FINISH AND FABRICATION
Front is designed for enamel/color fill in the gold casting. Reverse is a protected printed color inlay (for example a compatible printed substrate under clear resin), not a sculpted or hand-enameled relief. Confirm the actual inlay material, protective finish, adhesion, and process thickness with the fabricator before making it. The CAD substrate is nominal and is not a tested material specification.
Choose gold alloy with the jeweler. GLB yellow-gold appearance does not specify karat.
Geometry is nominal finished size, without casting shrinkage, supports, sprues, or polishing allowance.
Review metal partitions, bail strength, clasp/end-cap clearance, enamel process, and wearer fit. Produce a fit sample before casting. The jeweler should supply a working chain and clasp in the selected link style.
Dimensions, bail, thickness, and hidden construction are design assumptions. The video supplies front appearance, not a metrology reference; this is not an exact measured duplicate.
Prior saved designs remain separate.

VALIDATION
Gold body: one valid CAD solid; closed manifold STL; consistent winding; positive volume; no degenerate triangles.
STEP reimport is valid; volume difference below 0.01 percent.
Inlay substrate: valid solid and closed manifold STL.
